A good overlay sample should be approved as an installed front-panel part, not only as a printed sheet. Before release, we recommend reviewing:

Edge lift is usually a stack and assembly problem, not only a printing problem. The overlay, adhesive pattern, housing land and any integrated tail need to be reviewed together on the mounted sample.
