How to Compare Custom Interface-Panel Quotations
Compare the same external component and the same inspection scope before treating two interface-panel quotations as equivalent.
Supply boundary: Baoshengda supplies confirmed custom printed interface components, graphic overlays, membrane interfaces and related parts. We do not supply LCD displays, PLCs or complete HMI controllers.
Separate the panel from the complete HMI
An LCD display or complete HMI controller includes electronics that Baoshengda does not supply. The quotation below applies only when a printed overlay, membrane interface or external laminated panel is a separate component.
Confirming this boundary prevents an external-panel quotation from being compared with a complete display assembly or controller price.
Line items that change the sourced cost
Separate tooling and sample charges from repeat-unit pricing. Record MOQ, quantity break, material, adhesive, printing colors, windows, embossing, assembly and packing rather than comparing one unit price.
Inspection scope should identify artwork, dimensions, material, appearance and any electrical checks that actually belong to the confirmed component. Lead time should distinguish sample approval from repeat production.

Should tooling be included in the repeat-unit price?
It can be presented either way, but the quotation should show the one-time tooling amount separately so repeat prices remain comparable.
Can a printed front panel be quoted separately from the display module?
