External printed components for wet-process equipment
HMI Front Panels for Chemical Wet-Bench Equipment
Define the external panel separately from the touchscreen module before reviewing sealing, routing and chemical-process exposure.
Supply boundary: Baoshengda supplies confirmed custom printed interface components, graphic overlays, membrane interfaces and related parts. We do not supply LCD displays, PLCs or complete HMI controllers.

Start with the panel-to-enclosure boundary
A wet bench may use an integrated touchscreen module, a separate printed overlay, a membrane interface or another laminated external panel. Baoshengda supplies only the confirmed external printed or membrane component, not the PLC, LCD or complete HMI controller.
Use a front photo, back photo and enclosure-opening view to identify the part boundary before discussing material or sealing details.
Window, adhesive and sealing path
Check the display window against the active area and housing cutout. The adhesive land should remain continuous around openings, with enough flat surface for the selected component construction.
A sealing edge cannot be evaluated from an overlay material name alone. Drainage, splash direction, housing joints, fasteners, cutouts and assembly pressure affect the final interface.
Routing and chemical-compatibility inputs
When the external component includes a tail, document its exit, first bend, pinch points, connector clearance, insertion access and strain relief. Do not assume a tail exists until the component structure is confirmed.
Chemical compatibility must be reviewed against the equipment owner's actual process media, concentration, contact time, temperature, cleaning method and test requirements. This page makes no blanket resistance claim.
Review matrix
| Review area | Evidence | Open decision |
|---|---|---|
| Component boundary | Front/back photos and module label | Integrated module or separate external panel |
| Window/housing | Cutout and active-area dimensions | Border, clearance and bonding land |
| Sealing edge | Housing section and splash direction | Continuous path and edge openings |
| Tail/connector | Back view and route envelope | Exit, bend, clearance and access |
| Chemical exposure | Media, concentration, time and temperature | Material/test plan to be confirmed |
Is Your Interface Component Within Our Scope?
Choose the closest description. This first step avoids treating a complete LCD or HMI controller as a printable front-panel project.
Frequently asked questions
How is a wet-bench front panel evaluated for sealing and routing?
First identify the separate component, then review the window, bonding land, edge path, openings, tail route, connector access and housing assembly.
Does a PET or PC label prove chemical resistance?
No. Resistance depends on the exact film, ink, adhesive, process media, concentration, temperature, contact time and validation method.
Can a wet-bench touchscreen module be supplied by Baoshengda?
Baoshengda does not supply the complete touchscreen or HMI controller. We can evaluate a confirmed external printed panel, graphic overlay or membrane interface.
What is enough for an initial scope check?
A straight-on front photo, a back or edge photo and the enclosure opening are usually enough to determine whether a separate component may be within scope.
