1. Responsible business and contact

Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市宝盛达科技有限公司) is responsible for this website and the project inquiries it receives.

Registered address: North Plant, 2/F, Building A2, Yijing Industrial Park, No. 3055 Songbai Road, Tianliao Community, Gongming Subdistrict, Guangming New District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

Our business owner handles privacy enquiries and requests for access, correction or deletion through szbld@vip.163.com.

2. Project inquiries and drawings

The quote form asks for your name, email, country, product type and project requirements. Company, quantity, engineering details and attachments are optional where the form indicates this. We use the information to understand your requirements, prepare and discuss a quotation, arrange project follow-up, and manage a resulting business relationship.

Submissions are sent to our inquiry service at api.baoshengda-tech.com, stored in company inquiry records, and notified to the designated internal recipients by email. Drawings and attachments are processed through private storage and our company scanning workflow before delivery. Please include only the personal information needed to discuss the project.

When applicable, the basis for handling an inquiry is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering a business contact. Optional measurement is based on your choices and is not a condition of receiving a response.

3. Website operation and security

Hosting and inquiry infrastructure process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request time, requested pages, and status or error information. Submission identifiers help prevent duplicate records; notifications may be queued for retry if delivery fails. These activities support website delivery, security and reliable handling of inquiries.

Necessary form and confirmation state is separate from optional analytics. Refusing optional measurement does not delete a submitted inquiry or prevent you from contacting us.

4. Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Our privacy controls start with optional choices off. You may allow:

• Google Analytics statistics: measurement of visits, page interactions and successful quote submissions, using Google Analytics property G-ZKHHFLZHR3.
• Internal campaign attribution: validated campaign click identifiers may be kept in the current browser tab and included with the inquiry for internal source handling. This choice is separate from permission to use Google advertising measurement.
• Google advertising measurement with Analytics: when you separately allow both choices, Google may use supported ad-click identifiers and the successful inquiry event to relate a Google ad click to a quote request. This is measurement, not permission to upload the contents of your inquiry.

Our integration does not upload names, email addresses, telephone numbers or drawings for enhanced conversions or customer matching. We do not enable personalized advertising through these controls. We filter contact information and unrestricted URL queries from the events we send; supported Google click identifiers are included only through the separately consented measurement path.

Google and its service entities may process measurement data internationally. See Google’s information about business data use and Google’s privacy policy for its processing and controls.

You can change or withdraw a choice for future measurement using this button or the privacy-settings control on the website. Withdrawal does not automatically remove an inquiry already sent to us or data already lawfully processed. Contact us for a related access or deletion request.

5. Recipients and international handling

Baoshengda operates in China. A project inquiry is sent to and handled by the business in China. Designated personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email, security, inquiry handling and optional measurement receive the information needed for their respective functions. Our present workflow uses Alibaba Cloud hosting infrastructure, a company scanning node, and business email services including Zoho and NetEase. It does not send customer attachments to a public malware-scanning website.

If you follow an email, telephone or WhatsApp link, the communication service you choose also processes that contact. A WhatsApp-link click is not evidence that a message was sent or received. A click may create an internal contact-entry notification when the applicable measurement choice permits it.

Contact us for further information about the handling of your particular inquiry or relevant international-transfer arrangements. This notice does not treat optional analytics permission as agreement to an unrelated use of your contact or engineering information.

6. How long information is kept

We keep inquiry and project information while it is needed to answer the enquiry, develop a quotation, perform a project, support the business relationship, or meet applicable recordkeeping and dispute-resolution requirements. Closed enquiries and unnecessary copies should be removed or anonymised when those reasons no longer apply. The appropriate period depends on the project and any resulting contractual or legal obligations; we do not treat all submitted drawings as permanent marketing records.

Your website privacy choice and our optional campaign context are kept in browser-session storage. Browser session-restoration features can retain a session after reopening. You may withdraw the choices or clear site storage. Our Analytics cookie configuration uses a 90-day lifetime without extending that lifetime on each visit.

The current Google Analytics retention settings are two months for event data and fourteen months for user data, with user retention reset on new activity. These settings do not mean that all Google records or standard aggregated reports are deleted after two months. See Google’s retention explanation.

For a request to delete or correct information, we check the relevant inquiry records, attachments and notification copies. Retention required for a contract, legal obligation or dispute may limit immediate deletion; we will explain the applicable reason. Routine backup copies are not used to reintroduce information that has been approved for deletion into active operations.

7. Your requests and choices

Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Write to szbld@vip.163.com, describing your request and enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Do not send an identity document unless we explain why it is needed and how to provide it securely.

8. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the website’s purposes, services or controls change. The date at the top identifies this version.
